Clarissa de Melim

Clarissa straddles two very different worlds – business and modeling - and very quickly proved she’s not just a pretty face. She comes from a very strong academic background, having graduated cum laude in BCom Entrepreneurship and Business Management from North-West University. Her passion for academics and learning pushed her to continue her honours degree studies in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. When she’s not behind her desk assisting clients, Clarissa enjoys strutting her stuff on and around the runway. She’s been modeling since she was 2-years-old and was recently signed by international agency Steele Model Management. In her spare time (what spare time?) she enjoys an adrenaline rush – obstacle courses, go-kart racing and swimming with sharks. For inspiration Clarissa looks to legendary Brazillian footballer Pelé: “Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.”

Time management in an Account Manager’s life is the be all and end all. Account Managers are often expected to be a juggler of sorts and to be able to juggle multiple project and accounts at the same time. Hence the most important skill for an Account Manager is to be able to manage their time efficiently in order to ensure they get to everything timeously.
