Junior Digital Traffic Manager

A Traffic Manager is primarily the critical link between the production teams and the client service department as well as management.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book work into production as seamless and effortlessly as possible
  • Ensure that accurate and concise briefs are received from the client service department prior to booking the briefs into production
  • Ability to communicate clearly to production and client service to ensure seamless delivery of all work
  • Ensure that all task and project deadlines are met
  • All work carried out as per the company process
  • Setup project plans
  • Arrange kick-off meetings for projects
  • Lead status meetings every morning
  • Time-sheet management
  • Client retainer allocations
     

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year as a digital traffic manager
  • Strong understanding of the service offerings within a digital agency
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Positive attitude
  • Chase Software knowledge a bonus
