Audits, Dashboards and Reporting

And our ability to configure, track, measure and interpret data in real-time makes a meaningful difference to our clients’ campaign performance. This is why we offer a series of audits, create custom dashboards and bring meaningful, actionable human insight to our reporting. 

Audits

As online marketing programmes do better when they’re built on solid foundations, our process starts with auditing clients’ present environments. We offer a range of audits including:

  • Analytics audits - we’ll run a slide rule over your tracking protocols, making sure that GA4 is set up optimally, that GTM is tagging the things that really matter, that your social pixels are firing correctly and that you’re measuring the right data.
  • SEO and GEO audits - we’ll review the various factors that impact your website’s visibility in traditional search engines and generative AI engines. This process typically looks at your content’s relevance, your site’s technical compliance and your overall domain authority.
  • Paid media audits - our analysis of your paid media accounts (which include your Google, Bing and programmatic set up) will look at your campaign settings and goal tracking, your auction data, ad groups, keywords, remarketing and your broader inventory choices.
  • Social media audits - from Meta to YouTube and TikTok to LinkedIn, our social media team will assess your online presence, the consistency of your social profiles and overall performance while baselining you against your direct competitors.
  • Content audits - we’ll do a deep dive into your content, looking at tone and layout, asset performance as well as making recommendations on themes and topics you could consider (our WOLF tool is a huge asset).

Dashboards

Data is only useful if it’s easy to access and understand. To help demystify our clients data and zone in on the KPIs that really matter we have an advanced dashboarding service. While we’re familiar with Tableau and PowerBI, we prefer to build our dashboards in Looker Studio and have created a proprietary solution called Altitude.

Altitude combines a set of connectors which allow us to ingest data from all of a clients’ digital channels and use Gemini’s AI capabilities to run deep analysis before overlaying a story telling narrative that brings key insights to life. All dashboards are custom built to each clients’ specific requirements and can feature multiple tabs that can surface one set of insights for the C-suite, another for marketing and yet more for sales teams, providing everyone with a 24/7 view on the data that matters most to them.

Analytics and reporting

As reporting is an ongoing process rather than a one time project, so you’ll be teamed with a dedicated client success partner who’ll work in tandem with our performance marketing specialists and data scientists to provide continuous support and analysis of your campaigns.

In addition to weekly and fortnightly checkins, clients will receive detailed monthly and quarterly performance reviews and ongoing strategic insight and recommendations based on campaign performance all designed to improve decision making and outcomes.
